Standard pillowcases don't have a border - they fit your pillows exactly.

Oxford pillowcases have a 5cm border around the edge. 

Each of my bedding products comes in a handy drawstring bag in corresponding fabric to the chosen item. The bags are made from the offcuts of the fabrics so that there is no waste during the production process.
